Rates
$285 per night for first 8 occupants: May - Oct. (Summer Rate) |
$265 per night for first 8 occupants: Nov. - April (Winter Rate) |
- $15/night for each additional occupant up to a total of 12 occupants.
- Weekly rates available.
- Four night minimum June through August.
- Three night minimum for Holidays and Spring Break weeks.
- Two night minimum all other dates.
- $85 Cleaning Fee.
- + 8% Hotel Tax + 1% Lodging Tax.
- $200 Security Deposit.
- No smoking.
- No pets.
- Sleeps maximum of 12 occupants.
- 50% of Rent due as Deposit within one week of booking. Checks
or credit cards through PayPal account accepted.
- Cancellation Policy:
50% of deposit paid will be refunded if 30 days notice of cancellation
is given. There is no refund for a cancellation notice of less
than 30 days unless rebooking within 90 days of your original
reservation date.
