Rates

• $15/night for each additional occupant up to a total of 12 occupants.
• Weekly rates available.
  
  
• Four night minimum June through August.
• Three night minimum for Holidays and Spring Break weeks.
• Two night minimum all other dates.
  
  
• $85 Cleaning Fee.
• + 8% Hotel Tax + 1% Lodging Tax.
• $200 Security Deposit.
• No smoking.
• No pets.
• Sleeps maximum of 12 occupants.
  
  
• 50% of Rent due as Deposit within one week of booking. Checks or credit cards through PayPal account accepted.
  
  
• Cancellation Policy:
  50% of deposit paid will be refunded if 30 days notice of cancellation is given. There is no refund for a cancellation notice of less than 30 days unless rebooking within 90 days of your original reservation date.
